Three killed, five injured as oil tanker overturns

Three labourers were killed and five others injured when a oil tanker carrying labourers overturned at Sirdala village on Rajauli Road in Bihar's Nawada district today, police said.
The accident took place when the driver of the tanker who was in an inebriated condition lost control over the vehicle as a result of which it overturned and fell into in a ditch, Station House Officer (SHO) Rajauli police station Sanjeev Kumar Gupta said.
The deceased were identified as Ashok Rajvanshi (25) Manoj Rajvanshi (34) and Chaman Manjhi (20), he said.
The injured persons have been admitted to government hospital.
