Rizwana (36), Ruby (30) and 12-year-old Sonam were returning after attending a ceremony in Farrukhabad alongwith their family when their SUV was hit by a speeding truck.
They died on the spot, police said, adding that the other four injured were rushed to Saifai medical college hospital here, police said.
The truck has been impounded and a search has been initiated for the absconding driver, they added.
