Three killed in group clash over bike collision

Three persons were killed and two others injured in a clash between two groups in Zakir colony of the old city, police said here today.
Yesterday, a minor scuffle took place between Shahid and Parvej groups over the bike collision in Zakir colony under Lisarigate police station which was sorted out after the police intervention.
But, today afternoon the scuffle broke out again between the two groups over the collision, SSP Onkar Singh said.
The groups allegedly indulged in stone pelting and exchange of fire which left three people killed and two injured, he said, adding that the injured have been admitted to hospital.

The situation is under control now but tense, SSP said, adding that heavy police force has been deployed in the area.
A case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the accused, police added.
