Acting on a tip off, the cops nabbed the miscreants while they were making a plan to loot a petrol pump near the Shivganj road, the Superintendent of Police (SP) Daljeet Singh said.
Three country-made pistols, eight cartridges, three mobile phones and a motorcycle were seized from possession of the miscreants, he said.
