Three succumb to swine flu in Telangana since August 1

Three persons have lost their lives due to swine flu and other complications in Telangana since August 1 this year, the state government said today.
It said in a bulletin on swine flu that 5468 samples were tested for swine flu from August 1 to October 24.
The bulletin said 660 samples among the 5468 were found positive for the virus.
The number of deaths because of swine flu and other complications during the period was three, it said.
The bulletin said 76 cases were tested yesterday, of which one positive case was found.
No death was reported yesterday, it said.

Sufficient stock of medicines is available in hospitals at different levels in the state.
