Three Telugu litterateurs honoured

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today presented awards to three litterateurs on the occaison of 120th birth anniversary of eminent Telugu writer, poet and thinker Gurram Jashua.
The recipients are: Yandluri Sudhakar, Sikhamani and Sarat Jyotna, all from Telugu University. Naidu honoured them with Rs 50,000 in cash and a memento each.
The award function was organised here as part of celebrations of 120th birth anniversary of Jashua, a Padma Bhushan awardee.
Speaking on the occasion, Naidu announced that an institution would be set up in the memory of Jashua in the State.
