Thunderstorm, rain forecast for WB

Temperatures remained normal or below average in West Bengal today with the weatherman forecasting thunderstorm with rain in almost all parts of the state in next two days.
The day temperature was four degrees below average at Bankura, registering 35.4 degrees Celsius, while it was three notches below normal at 34.4 degrees C in Sriniketan, the Met department said.
The day temperature at Kolkata stood at 36.1 degrees C, while in Burdwan it was 36.2 degrees C.
The minimum temperature at Darjeeling was 11.0 degrees, while in the sub-Himalayan districts of Coochbehar and Jalpaiguri, the minimum were 24.1 degrees C and 24.0 degrees C respectively.
