Thymol edges up on scattered demand
Press Trust of India New Delhi Thymol prices edged higher by Rs 5 per kg in lacklustre trade at the wholesale market today due to mild demand from consuming industries.
However, other chemicals moved in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said mild demand from consuming industries mainly led to the rise in thymol prices.
In the national capital, thymol moved up by Rs 5 to Rs 515 per kg.
