Robbins, 57, picked up the Oscar and Golden Globe supporting actor award for "Mystic River" in 2003.
He will be celebrated alongside the two other Berlinale Camera honors, indie legend Ben Barenholtz, who is behind the famed Elgin Cinema and was a producer on the Coen Brothers' early films, and German cinema operator Marlies Kirchner.
