During his performance of the hit song on the NBC sketch show, Timberlake changed the lyrics from "Aww, shit so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit" to "my hit's so sick, got rappers acting dramatic", reported E! Online.
While it was a subtle dig, Timberlake seemed to be addressing the comments West made at a London concert in February.
The burgeoning feud may be a bit awkward for Jay-Z. The rapper released a joint album with West, 'Watch the Throne', and is set to embark on a stadium tour together this summer.
