Tin gains on firm demand

Tin prices gained at the non-ferrous metals market here today on stockists' buying amid firm demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, copper cable scrap, copper wire bar and zinc also edged up owing to good demand from industrial users.
While, brass sheet cuttings softened due to subdued demand from consumers industries.
Tin moved up by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,370 from Monday's close of Rs 1,365.
Copper cable scrap, copper wire bar and zinc inched up to Rs 394, Rs 422 and Rs 205, respectively.
However, brass sheet cuttings edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 303 as compared Rs 305 yesterday.
