Tin prices recover on renewed demand

Tin and brass utensils scrap prices rebounded at the non-ferrous metal market here today due to stockist buying amid renewed demand from alloy industries.
While, copper and brass utensil scrap slipped following subdued demand from industrial users.
Tin climbed by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 1,450 from Monday's closing level of Rs 1,440.
Brass utensils scrap moved up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 315 as against Rs 313.
However, copper scrap heavy dropped by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 400 from Rs 406.
Copper armature and copper sheet cutting fell by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 394 and Rs 388 from Rs 398 and Rs 392.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar declined by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 409 and Rs 437 compared to Rs 412 and Rs 440, respectively.
Copper utensils scrap and brass sheet cutting moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 363 and Rs 315 from Rs 365 and Rs 313.
