Titanium dioxide prices up on paint industries demand

Barring a rise of Rs 5 per kilo in titanium dioxide, other chemicals ruled flat at the wholesale chemical market in the national capital today.
Traders said increased demand from paint and varnish industries mainly pushed up titanium dioxide prices.
Prices of titanium dioxide advanced by Rs 5 to end at Rs 135-200 per kilo.
