Sania Velikeloth had completed her Masters Programme in Agricultural Biotechnology from TNAU, in 1991, he said.
She was working for the "Organisation for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Verification Division" in Netherlands, with about 500 members from 190 countries and the award was conferred in recognition of its services for the past 16 years.
