The 19-year-old actor, who will be making his debut as webslinger with "Captain America: Civil War," said working with such a "fantastic" cast was a dream come true, reported Femalefirst.
"As a kid, I dressed up as Spider-Man every day for a year and so playing this character is a dream come true.
"Also, to play a character like this amongst such a fantastic cast is such an honour. To have been given this privilege by Marvel, Sony, and the Russo's, I couldn't be more grateful. I just want to do everything in my power to make the best movies possible," Holland said.
"It was definitely very daunting to start off with. My first day on set I was being walked through the set by a runner and he walked me into this green room to all of the Avengers in all of their get-up. It was pretty terrifying.
"But they are so nice and down to earth. I had met Robert and Chris before and they welcomed me and introduced me to the rest of the cast. I was in good hands," he said.
