The mother-of-four, who has recently admitted to going bankrupt for the second time, confidently posed for the shoot in a pair of denim shorts only, reported Daily Star.
Katona, 32, has even postponed her wedding with fiance George Kay.
"I had to declare myself bankrupt because of my first bankruptcy... We can't afford (the wedding). It's not a priority - as long as we're together, that's the main thing.
"I'm not going to sit there and wallow in self-pity. If this was five years ago, I'd probably turn straight back to drugs, but I'm in a completely different place now. You'll not be seeing a mental breakdown from Kerry Katona ever again...," she said.
