The 42-year-old actress was hit with a federal tax lien for USD 707,487.30 in unpaid taxes for 2014, according to TMZ.
The couple is already facing a barrage of unpaid bills, and was also slapped with another tax bill from officials in the State of California in early July for USD 259,108.23, also related to earnings in 2014.
It's the latest financial problem for the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star as she is also being sued by American Express executives over a hefty, outstanding credit card bill.
Meanwhile, Tori's mother Candy Spelling, widow of multi-millionaire TV producer Aaron Spelling, insists that although she is helping her daughter with her living expenses, she will not pay off her debts.
"I've been helping her out, I'm paying all her bills now. I'm not paying extras like that (credit card bill), I'm not paying any back payments, just for the house and the kids' school and the food that's all," she said.
A representative for the couple is yet to comment on the new tax report.
