The Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) members today waved flags and banners protesting the anti-labourers policies of the BJP governments both at the Centre and in the state and demanded protection of labour rights and better wages, state President Ravindra Shukla in a statement.
BJP government in Rajasthan had drastically amended the labour laws affecting the life and wages of unorganised and organised labourers, Shukla alleged.
Demonstration were today held across the state, including Jodhpur, Ajmer and Kota districts, on CITU's nationwide protest call, he said.
