Traffic cop injured in Noida

A traffic cop was injured when a biker jumped the signal at Atta crossing here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when Traffic Police Head Constable Om Singh Panwar was on duty at Atta peer crossing.
He tried to stop a bike who had jumped the red signal, following which the biker did not adhere and drove away, injuring Panwar in the process.
The cop suffered injuries and was rushed to a hospital.
He was later discharged.
An FIR has been lodged against the unidentified biker at Sector 20 Police Station.
