Traherne wins main event on opening day of Pune racing season

Rank outsider Traherne trained by S K Sunderji and ridden by jockey Neeraj Rawal won 'The Fair Haven Trophy', the main event on opening day of Pune racing season 2017 held here today.
It was bad day for punters as single favourites obliged them in the card of eight event.
Jockey Neeraj Rawal scored a grand treble while Dasarath Singh and trainer Adhiraj Sing Jodha and Narendra Lagad saddled a double each on a day.
