Train numbers changed, two passenger trains rescheduled

The train numbers of a few Mail/Express trains including the Chennai Central-Mangalore Central West Coast Express will be changed with effect from July, 2014.
A release from Palakkad Division of Southern Railways today said,"the following Mail/Express trains will be operated as Superfast Express and will come into effect from July 2014. Consequently, the train numbers will be changed".
Meanwhile, timings of two passenger trains were reschedluled by the Southern Railway due to some maintenance works between Ochira and Kayankulam stations.
While Train No.56300, Kollam - Alappuzha Passenger leaving Kollam at 03.25 hrs will be rescheduled to start at 04.20 hrs from May 16-20, Train No.56392, Kollam-Ernakulam Jn. Passenger via Kottayam leaving Kollam at 04.20hrs will have a delayed start by 10 minutes on these days.
However on May 19, trains will start as usual as there will be no work, railways press release said today.
