Train services disrupted for three hours due to derailment

Trains services were hit for three hours in Howrah and Danapur sections of East Central Railway today due to derailment of a goods train engine near Jamui station in Bihar.
Wheels of a goods train jumped off the track while being shunted on the outer cabin of Jamui station forcing closure of the down line for nearly three hours, station manager Ranjit Kumar said.
No casualty was reported in the incident.
Gaya-Jhajha passenger and a DMU train were halted for nearly three hours due to the derailment, he said.
