Come tomorrow and eminent travel bloggers will be in attendence at the Tehri Lake Festival to attract world's eyeballs towards the event as well as the picturesque town famous for its scenic landscapes, temples, adventure sports and what not.
Travel bloggers from across the country are invited by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) to promote the much-touted event, Tourism Secretary Dilip Jawalkar said.
"These travel bloggers have great influence on the travel community and by inviting them to attend the Tehri Lake Festival, we want them to have a first hand experience so that they can communicate the potential of this must visit destination to the rest of the world through their blogs, the state tourism secretary said.
The bloggers will tour the festival venue at Koti colony and Tehri's neighbouring areas in the bus suitably called "bloggers bus" and write about their experiences in their blogs to wake up people's interest in Tehri, he added.
The travel bloggers include Anuradha Goyal from Goa, Oindrilla De from Mumbai, Shubam Manasingka from Jaipur, Divya Prasad from Manali, Antarik Anwesan from Odisha, Geetanjali Bannerjee, Soumendra Banerjee and Parnashree Devi from Delhi.
