The travel history of Indian national Fahim Ansari, an alleged member of LeT who travelled to Pakistan before the 2008 Mumbai attacks on a fake identity, was today presented to an anti-terrorism court by an immigration official here.
The officer from Karachi Immigration, who is Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) witness, presented Hamad Hasan's travel history before the court that is hearing the trail against the seven accused in the Mumbai case.
He said Ansari travelled to Pakistan in the name of Hasan before the Mumbai attacks. The witness presented evidence before the court after which defence lawyers crossed examined him, sources told PTI.
Authorities on January 30 had presented the record of the Personal Identification Secure Comparison Evaluation System (PISCES) of the Karachi airport.
The anti-terrorism court adjourned the hearing till February 19.
Seven accused are facing trial in connection with the Mumbai attacks case.
