Announces Opening of 17 Training Centers; To Train 10,000 Professionals by 2020
Global construction technology leader Trimble today unveiled its Pan-India training program to train the next-generation of engineering and construction industry professionals. In addition, Tekla helps the students of engineering colleges build their future career by equipping them with desired 3D structural modelling software for their learning and knowledge enhancement purposes. The Campus download allows the students to get their free license and immediately start learning upon registering on Tekla's official website with their email id. The total number of student downloads have exceeded over 90,000 till date and this number continues to swell rapidly. Announcing the program, Paul Wallett, Regional Director, Trimble India and Middle East, said, "Through these structured learning programs, we aim to not only bridge the gap between the demand and supply of well-trained Constructible BIM professionals in the industry, but also create a steady supply of world-class talent that can help Indian construction industry embrace cutting-edge technologies and match their global counterparts.
