Tripura ex-CEO an observer for Cambodian polls

Asutosh Jindal, who was the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) for the 2011 Assembly election in Tripura, would represent India as an international observer in the general elections of Cambodia to be held on July 28, official sources said today.
The Election Commission has selected Jindal, a 1995 batch IAS officer, as the representative of the country for his good track record as CEO of Tripura, the sources said.
