Police officials said the cleaner, identified as Robin Singh (19), was cleaning his truck when a speeding SUV came from behind and hit him.
"Robin got injured and was being taken to Purnia Sadar Hospital for treatment, but he died on the way. The driver of the truck Radhe Singh also suffered injuries in the mishap. He is being treated at the hospital," said B K Paswan, Sub-divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Banmankhi area under which the accident happened.
