"Arunachal Pradesh is known as a symbol of democracy nationally, but the opposition has breached its sanctity," Tuki said in the assembly.
The opposition members were not behaving like elected members but working under somebody's direction, he said.
"Many of the BJP MLAs are senior members of the house and the matter could be resolved through healthy debates but not in the way they showed by staging walkout and deciding to boycott the rest of the session," he said.
"The BJP members have staged the drama with a political motive which is contrary to the role of the opposition," he said.
The chief minister also alleged that the opposition's intention was not to ask question but to divert people's attention.
