Produced by T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment, the film was previously scheduled to arrive in the theatres on November 24.
Vidya plays a carefree housewife who turns into a late night radio jockey in the Suresh Triveni-directed film.
This is not the first time the release date of the movie has been preponed.
"Tumhari Sulu" had marked December 1 as the release date but the makers shifted the date to avoid a clash with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus, "Padmavati".
