The Anadolu Agency says the suspects, including seven foreign nationals, were detained today during simultaneous raids on some 20 addresses in the city.
The report said the suspects had arrived in Turkey to join the IS group. There was no information on their nationalities.
Turkey has detained dozens of IS suspects in recent weeks, including some 20 in or near the city of Antalya, which will be hosting US President Barack Obama and other G-20 leaders at a summit meeting Sunday and Monday.
