Tution class teacher booked for unnatural sex with his student

A tution class teacher from Ambernath in Thane district was booked by the Thane police las tnight for allegedly having unnatural sex with a student, the police said here today.
Assitant police inspector V K Bhoir of the Amberanth police station told PTI that the accused Firoz Khan ran a tution class for students.
Allegedly, on Sunday, he called the victim aged 14 to his class under the pretext of returning a book, locked the door from inside and did the act, according to a complaint filed by the boy, the police said.
According to the complaint, Firoz also gave his cell number to the student and asked him to visit him again to repeat the act.

The police said that Firoz has not been arrested, though he has been charged under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, besides Section 11 and Section 12 of the POCSO Act of 2012.
The police is trying to find out how many other students including girl students Firoz could have abused sexually or otherwise.
