Gilford and Sanchez have been dating since meeting on the set of the TV pilot 'The Matadors' back in 2010, reported E! online.
The couple tied the knot in Napa Valley, California on Saturday.
Speaking about his wedding earlier this year, Gilford, who appears in Fox drama 'The Mob Doctor', said, "We found a magical, magical place to get married and I'm excited. It is going to be cool."
Gilford and Sanchez have been engaged since December 2011.
Sanchez was previously married to writer and director Zach Helm.
