Two alleged absconders were arrested in separate incidents in Rajouri and Samba districts of Jammu and Kashmir, police said Thursday.
A team of police officers raided a place in Thanamandi area of Rajouri district on Wednesday night and arrested Munshi Khan, they said.
Khan was earlier booked under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, the police said, adding that he was evading arrest for the last seven years.
In another incident, the police arrested Roshan Din from Sarore area in Samba district.
He was involved in a case of attempt to murder, the police said.
Din was evading arrest for the past two years, they said.
