"Accused Yogesh Mathur and Pradip Sharma have been arrested for allegedly creating ruckus and threatening people and the priest in a church at Begumpur," said DCP (Outer district) M N TIwari.
During investigation it was found that the duo were trying to vitiate the atmosphere in the area. But there is no evidence to show their allegiance to any group, said the officer.
