Two arrested for firing at cops

Two persons have been arrested for allegedly firing at cops near ATV factory here, police said today.
The incident took place last night when three people attacked a van of Dial-100 police team, said SP city Shravan Kumar Singh.
"MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) machine was damaged whenthe bullet of the outlaws hit the machine after passing through window panes of the PRV (police response van), very close to the driver seat," the SP said.
He said while two accused have been nabbed, the third managed to give the slip to the police.
They fired on the police party when it went to check a car stationed near ATV factory, the SP said.
He said the accused have been identified as Rinku Chaudhary of Maura village and Monu Parasar of Lajpat Nagar, while another accused Rakesh Kumar managed to flee from the spot.
