Pawan (10) and Ujjwal (8) were playing near the tank in an under construction building in Saga vihar colony on Niwaru road last evening and accidentally fell into the water tank, SHO Kardhani police station Rajendra Prasad said.
When the duo didn't return home, their parents started searching for them and found their bodies in the tank, he said.
The bodies were handed over to the family members last night, police said.
