The fire occurred yesterday due to unknown reasons which destroyed nearly 16 hutments at Sadhunagar village in the district.
Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna expressed grief over the incident and announced a relief of Rs 1.5 lakh as compensation to bereaved family members of the two deceased.
