Rahul (25), a resident of Ladpura village and Shivam (23) from JP nagar were shot dead by unidentified bike-borne assailants last night, they said.
Both were students of the Meerut college in the city. A student from another college, Abhinav (20) was also injured and has been admitted to a hospital.
Police suspect a love affair to be the reason behind the murders. Some students are being questioned in the matter, he said.
