A complaint was filed in the court of Sitamarhi Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (CJM) Ram Bihari by an advocate Thakur Chandan Singh. The complaint was filed under sections 295(A) and 298 of IPC.
Section 295(A) relates to deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious feeling. Section 298 is uttering words with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings of any person.
Another complaint was filed against Singh in Darbhanga Chief Judicial Magistrate's court.
A Darbhanga report said the complaint was filed by an advocate Vijay Kumar Chaudhary in the court of CJM V S Pandey.
