While a 4-ft crocodile was rescued from a well located in Lakshmi Vilas Palace compound here, another one was rescued from a farm in Maradi village of Nadiad tehsil in neighbouring Kheda district yesterday.
The 4-ft long rescued crocodile is kept in the enclosure of crocodiles in the office premises of the forest department here, forest official P B Chauhan said.
The crocodile was spotted by a youth Devang Datar, who in-turn informed the officials following which the amphibious reptile was rescued, he said.
