The accident occurred late last night and police reached the spot on being informed by localites, they said.
"While one person, identified as Kamal Sharma, died on the spot the other succumbed to injuries at a hospital in Agra", police said.
Sharma belonged to Himachal Pradesh, police said and added that the identity of the other victim is yet to be established.
Both the bodies have been sent for post mortem, they added.
