Police officers in Bagnan police station said the auto-rickshaw was plying on the Bagnan-Howrah road and collided with the bus near Agunshi Beltala area.
"Two person died on the spot and three others including a woman, who were injured were initially rushed to Bagnan hospital. They were later on shifted to Uluberia hospital after their condition deteriorated," said a police officer.
