The two Maoists, who surrendered yesterday were identified as Naresh Mistry alias Dadan, one of the accused in Jehanabad jail break and Sanjay Singh, wanted by the police in connection with a landmine blast in which eight policemen of the district were killed, Superintendent of police Babu Ram said.
While Naresh was a resident of Pratappur village, Sanjay was a resident of Ganu village, he said.
Both of them were influenced by the community campaign launched under 'Operation Vishwas' and surrendered before the police, the SP claimed.
As per the employees working in the solar power camp, some armed Maoists suddenly appeared at the camp and put the company's vehicles on fire, Kasma police station SHO Narottam Chandra said.

They put on fire two JCB machines, two mixer machines and five tractors of the company, Chandra said
No employee or any other person was injured in the incident.
Though, they have not left any pamphlet demanding levy, the SHO said prima facie it seems to be the work of the Maoists.
