Two held trying to steal cement

Two persons were today arrested with over 200 bags of cement stolen from Public Health Engineering Department, police said.
The accused, Javed Iqbal and Mohammad Farooq, were arrested on the outskirts of the city when they were trying to transport the cement in Nagrota area of Jammu, a police officer said.
A case has been registered against the accused under various sections of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) and investigations are on, he added.
