Two injured in lightning strike

Two persons were seriously injured after being struck by lightning while they were riding on their two-wheeler on the Amritsar-Pathankot road here today, police said.
Banta Singh and Mittar Masih sustained serious burn injuries in the lightning, they said.
While one of the injured had been admitted to civil hospital here, the other was shifted to a hospital in Amritsar as his condition is critical, police said.
