Amit Kumar was today arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 15-year-old girl on August 21 in Motiyali area of Samba district, they said.
A woman, who was abducted from Danmasta area of Ramban district on August 14, was rescued last night and her alleged kidnapper Imtyaz Ahmed Wani was apprehended, they said.
Meanwhile, one Mohinder Paul was arrested and five litre of illicit liquor was seized from him in Kathua district today, they said.
A case under Excise Act has been registered, they said.
