The accident took place near Baradih village in which two passengers, Shamshad Khan (23) and Sabana (3), died on the spot and 12 other passengers sustained injuries.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem while the injured were discharged from hospital after first-aid, police said.
The bus was going from Sasaram to Kochas township.
