Two killed, another hurt in road accident

Two persons were killed and another injured today in a collision between a speeding truck and a Bolero Jeep on the GT road under Barun police station area in Bihar's Aurangabad district, a police officer said.
The Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Ajay Narayan Yadav said that a Bolero Jeep with three occupants collided head-on with a speeding truck coming from opposite direction due to poor visibility.
While two occupants of the ill-fated Bolero Jeep died on the spot, another sustained injuries, he said, adding that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem and the injured man admitted to Anugrah Narayan Medical College at Gaya for treatment.

Efforts were on to ascertain the identity of the victims and the injured man, the SDPO said, adding all three hailed Jharkhand according to preliminary information.
