A 44-year-old person was guned down by four unidentified miscreants at Siarimala village, while another 35-year-old person was beaten to death allegedly by his relatives at Badabada Badangi, police said.
Sub-divisional police officer (SDPO), Bhanjanagar R C Sethi said the miscreants involved in the first case are absconding and previous enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the killing.
In the second incident, four persons - the victim's uncle and his three sons have been arrested, Sorada inspector-in charge S K Jena said.
