The accident happened when the three victims, all resident of Unchagaon at Mauaima in Allahabad, when suddenly a stray dog came in front of their motorcycle under Jamo police station area, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Ramfer, 23 and Mohammad Monu 20, while the injured as Ashraf.
Ramfer and Monu died on the spot, Manjur was rushed to the community health centre, from where doctors referred him to trauma centre in Lucknow, police said.
